This Privacy Policy describes how Doctor Headshots ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use doctorheadshots.com and related services.
1. Information we collect
- Order information: email address, plan selected, payment status (card data is handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers).
- Photos you upload: images used solely to generate your headshots.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info, and pages visited via cookies or similar technologies (including analytics tools such as Google Analytics and PostHog when enabled).
2. How we use information
- Process payments and fulfill headshot orders
- Generate AI headshots from your uploaded photos
- Send order confirmations and delivery emails
- Improve the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with law
3. Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us operate the Service, including payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, cloud hosting/storage, AI generation providers, and analytics. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Retention
We retain order records as needed for accounting and support. Uploaded source photos and generated images are kept for the download-access period of your plan (or longer if required for dispute resolution), then deleted or anonymized on a rolling basis.
5. Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of personal data associated with your order by emailing orders@doctorheadshots.com. You can control cookies via your browser settings; some features may not work if cookies are disabled.
6. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
